After we moved to Munich we started exploring our new home town with different eyes than before. During our previous trips to Munich, we mainly visited the old centre and Olympia park. Once we started to go around we realised there are lots of interesting areas and buildings in Munich. Here are some photos with buildings from various Munich areas.

The area where we live, Schwabing, has amazing houses, lots of them from the beginning of 20th century, in Jugendstil style.
Maxvorstadt is the University quarter, with lots of cafes and restaurants and the very imposing Ludwigstrasse and the Siegestor.
