On our way back from Sandbanks, we stopped in West Lulworth to see the Durdle Door and the Lulworth Cove. After parking the car near the Lulworth Cove, we started walking uphill towards the Durdle Door. The hill is quite demanding, as it goes fast up and the stairs make it even harder on the knees. The other side of the hill, where you keep going down towards the Durdle Door and then back up again seems easier 🙂
When we came back from the Durdle Door, we also went to see the Lulworth Cove (really picturesque) and then the Stair Hole (very interesting limestone formation).
It’s an amazingly beautiful area and we were very lucky to have such nice weather! Highly recommended!
