In 2023 we finally discovered Bamberg! The really pretty and unique town hall is featured quite a lot when it comes to the cutest places in Germany but I wasn’t sure what to expect…
The first time we stopped by in September we were totally taken by it! Bamberg is much more than the famous photos! It’s a great mixture of medieval and 18-19th century buildings, has cute small houses and big, imposing buildings, has lovely shops and nice cafes and restaurants. It’s really a jewel of a city. In December we went back for a day trip and we liked it even more 🙂 We’ll definitely go back!
