Yesterday we went to see another Asam church. This one is the church of the Rohr abbey, about 1 hour from Munich, in a quiet village. It is a very impressive and beautiful church. It was created by Egid Quirin Asam, one of the Asam brothers, in the 18th century. It is much more beautiful in reality than in the photos. The beautiful light that comes through the windows is not that easy to capture and it also does not really help in the photos 🙂 A definite must see.
