In November 2025 we visited again Brașov after 18 years. Like other cities in Romania, it has changed a lot! It is full of cafes and restaurants and it has a very European vibe. We also went back to Bușteni area to revisit the impressive Cantacuzino Palace and we found a really beautiful modern church in Predeal. We drive through the beautiful Cheia area and visited Cheia monastery, situated in a wonderful location.
This time, we also visited two fortified churches in the area: Hărman and Prejmer. I have never been to one before and I am not even sure they were open for visitors in older times. They are extremely interesting!
