A large and beautiful area surrounding Nymphenburg Palace. There are actually many areas you can explore in the park, some landscaped as formal gardens and some more wild and forest-like. If you want to avoid the crowds, just head for the areas on the sides of the formal gardens, that are more natural looking and full of wildlife, including deers (if you are lucky to meet them ;)). The park and area around are also magical in winter, and we got to experience that in 2022, after we moved in the area.
