On our way to the Black Forest, we stopped in Metz for one night. We were really impressed by the Metz cathedral, probably one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. The stained glass windows are amazing, they even have some painted by Chagall! Metz also has a really lovely atmosphere. It’s definitely worth a stop over there.
