In 2016, we went twice to Bruges: once in June, on our way back from Amsterdam and once in December, on our way to Aachen for the Christmas Market.

It was lovely to see Bruges in summer for the first time and be able to walk around without feeling cold :-). It is a pretty crowded place during the day but in the evening it gets quieter. It was a lovely change from Amsterdam, that we found quite stressful this time.
