During our stay in Verona in August 2021, we decided to go one day at Lake Garda. Not sure if that was the best decision, given that it was August, but we managed to see a small piece of it, mainly in Pescheria del Garda and then a bit by driving on the West side of the lake. We definitely need to come back off season 🙂
UPDATE 1: We did go back in May 2022 and fell in love with the lake 🙂 This time we stayed 3 nights near Limone and only went a bit around to Malcesine and Riva del Garda. The scenery is amazing and the towns we saw are very pretty. German is spoken everywhere so I guess I should try to learn it faster 🙂 Can’t wait to go back there for longer!
UPDATE 2: In 2024 we went back for a few days. This time we stayed in Arco and visited Rovereto, Limone, Riva, and some vineyards near Salo.
